Reporting

Reporting is a way for Revolution Design to track the use of Keynote Manager and it's features as well as any errors encountered. On program shutdown or unknown error, it reports back to Revolution Design on some basic and non-personal/non-identifying information regarding the use of the software.

If you would like to see the reports that are being sent back please contact Revolution Design, we would be happy to provide examples.

The following information is reported to Revolution Design (may not be comprehensive):

• Keynote Manager Version
• OS Version including 32 vs. 64 bit
• Program open and close time
• Open and close time of each file (no file names or paths are collected)
• License type (paid or trial)
• Special Versions (reseller versions)
• Randomly generated 5 digit ID
• Report date
• Error information (if any)
