Keynotes

When installed with Keynote Manager autoLink can recognize links in keynote descriptions and keep the links updated. Important: This function requires a license and installation of both autoLink and Keynote Manager +. Without both installed and licensed keynotes will not recognize links or update automatically.

To set a keynote link you first need to set up your link patterns as described in the Link Format section. Once this is complete, simply type the value into the description field in Keynote Manager including the standard link (i.e. 1/A101) and autoLink will recognize and set the link.

If the view reference ever changes the keynote will be updated automatically. This update will happen immediately if Keynote Manager is open or the next time it opens if not.
